Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of InsaIndo HR, a product of Madhan Raj P, sole proprietor, trading as InsaIndo (“InsaIndo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

InsaIndo HR is a software-as-a-service platform providing human resources and payroll management tools, including but not limited to payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, performance management, and related HR functions, for businesses operating in India.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be authorized to act on behalf of the organization you register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it updated.

3. Subscription and Billing

Access to InsaIndo HR is provided on a subscription basis. Fees, billing cycles, and plan details are as displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into InsaIndo HR, including employee records, payroll data, and attendance data (“Customer Data”). We process this data solely to provide the service to you, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting unauthorized access to other organizations’ data, reverse engineering the platform, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Statutory Compliance

InsaIndo HR provides tools to assist with payroll and statutory calculations (such as PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and TDS) based on applicable Indian law as understood at the time of development. You remain solely responsible for verifying compliance with all applicable labour, tax, and employment laws for your organization. InsaIndo does not provide legal or tax advice.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the service from time to time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Madhan Raj P (trading as InsaIndo) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to errors in payroll calculation arising from incorrect data input by you.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in our Cancellation Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu, India.
