Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your InsaIndo HR subscription at any time from your account’s billing settings, or by contacting us at hello@insaindo.in.

2. Effect of Cancellation

Cancellation stops all future billing from the next billing cycle onward. You will retain access to the service until the end of your current paid billing period.

3. Data After Cancellation

After cancellation, your organization’s data will remain accessible in read-only or export form for 30 days, after which it may be archived or deleted in accordance with our data retention practices and the Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.

4. Reactivation

You may reactivate your subscription at any time before your data is deleted. Reactivation restores full access to your account and existing data.
