Why we built this
Most Indian HR tools were built by large software companies for large companies. Small businesses got stripped-down versions at full price. A 20-person startup in Pune was paying ₹3,000 a month and still manually correcting PF calculations.
InsaIndo started as a side project. One researcher, one database, one goal: run payroll correctly for Indian companies without needing a CA on speed dial.
Insa means HR in Korean. Indo means India. The name carries the mission: world-class HR thinking, built specifically for India.
How it works
Upload a CSV or fill in the form. InsaIndo reads 16 fields including PAN, UAN, bank details, and joining date. Takes under 10 minutes for 50 employees.
